Decision status: For Determination
Is Key decision?: No
Is subject to call in?: No
Purpose:
To support the development of the Ashchurch
Bridge Project, approval to gain access and ultimately build a

(to ensure payment etc.) which in the first instance is called a
Basic Services Agreement (BSA).
This document lists the project and services requested of Network
Rail and limits spend to £10,000 (at this stage and accepting
this may be subject to an agreed change in the future).
Decision:
To agree a Basic Services Agreement (BSA) with
Network Rail to support the development of the bridge at Ashchurch
- Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF) award project.
Alternative options considered:
None available as Network Rail owns the rights
to the railway.
